Cannot Change Facility After Modifying RF Key Maps, Getting error: Another Active Session Exists For The Same Username (Doc ID 2751203.1)

On : 20.4 version, Application Framework

When attempting to use control F on RF to change facility, the following issue happens
the following error occurs.

Another active session exists for the same username.. That session will end. Proceed.
Control A to Accept

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Warehouse on Cloud > RF (Facility XXX)
2. Login > (Facility XXX
3. Press Ctrl-F in order to change facility and insert facility YYY
4. System ask again to login
5. Press enter
6. System prompts that are another active session
7. Press Ctrl-A (to accept)
8. It is still in XXX facility.
9. Now Press Ctrl-F in order to change facility and insert facility ZZZ instead of YYY
10. Facility correctly changed

The issue has the following business impact:
Customer is not able to change facility in RF screen so it is impossible to use warehouse devices
