Symptoms

Problem Description:

Job Offer approvals are failing with the following error:

BPEL_TASK_30082 
Issue Description: Error caused by SOA component or the underlying HWF configuration or a Supervisor hierarchy setup issue. 
Resolution:  Check the targeted SOA component and the HWF/rules setup and configuration under the Supervisor Hierarchy setup.
