OPA to OEC Integration failing with Opportunity/ApplicationAsset_c.Id does not exists error (Doc ID 2751278.1)

On : version, CX Integration

When attempting to submit data from a completed OIA interview to OEC,
the following error occurs.

"Opportunity/ApplicationAsset_c.Id does not exists

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Customer submits the interview first time from the customer portal
2. Interview submission to OEC failed.
3. We then open the interview to see the last status and try to re-submit
4. We get this error "Opportunity/ApplicationAsset_c.Id does not exists"
5. When we open the record in OEC, we see that the data has been partially submitted.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit data from a completed OIA interview to OEC
