On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to close GL Accounting Period
When attempting to close the GL accounting period for Jan-21 the job ends in an error status.
However, when User run the Subleder Period Close Exceptions Report, the report is blank and shows no errors
ERROR
----------
R_CLPR0003: Unprocessed records exist in the GL_INTERFACE table for the period Jan-21
Summary of Warnings/Errors: The Prevent General Ledger Period Closure When Open Subledger Periods Exist option on the Specify Ledger Options page is enabled for the ledger:XXXX US.
You cannot close the GL Period Due to following errors:
