Symptoms
On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Process Payables Payments
When attempting to print custom BI report, the following error occurs.
ERROR

PKIX path building failed: sun.security.provider.certpath.SunCertPathBuilderException: unable to find valid certification path to requested target
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Print BI Report on printer
2. Check ESS Job log file
3. Found "PKIX Path Building Failed" error in log file
