Build Alert Workspace Wizard Is Not Displaying the Levels and Positions Selected on the Dashboard (Doc ID 2751832.1)

Symptoms

When opening a workspace from the alert dashboard, if selections other than "all locations" and "all product" are made then the levels and positions do not load. To resolve, the item or store level needs to be selected and then unselected which will cause the original selection to load. The expectation is that the products and locations selected on the alert dashboard should load and not require another selection to be made first.
