Symptoms

In the workbook wizard page when using right mouse click to expand or collapse the rows - sometimes it will show a popup with:
labelSortCol
LabelEnableNonContiguous

This popup should be a box popup with the following values - as documented in the User Guide.
Deselect
Expand
Expand All (<level>)
Collapse All (<level>)

Once the pop-up shows the incorrect value then it will only show that incorrect value during that workbook build.
