Not Able to freeze Column with Column Header name when Scrolling the Horizontal scroll bar (Doc ID 2751961.1)

Symptoms

Attempting to implement a fixed or freeze column (along with column header) in a Table component. When scrolling horizontally the fixed or freeze column moves for a portion of scrolling after which it will not move. It is not working for the Table Header.
