Symptoms

Quantity is not accurately converted from Shipment to Trade Transaction when using the Action 'CREATE TRADE TRANSACTION' while converting value from Imperial to Metrics Unit of Measure. 

For example: Shipment has 100 LB Net weight in Trade Transaction is calculated as 100 KG , which is incorrect.
