The system could not process your request...When Triggering a Print to PDF for Schedule Sheet Data (Doc ID 2752220.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Any Version

In the Schedule Manager, when triggering 'File > Print > Print to PDF' to output the Schedule Sheet data:

Expected Result

The data should be outputted to PDF format for the user to save.

Actual Result

The following Unifier Notification pops up: The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

The following exception is also found to be written to the Unifier log files:

#c<Exception> unifier:/sch/print/generatepdf throws an exception at file:///sch/action.xml:...:
[root] java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class sun.awt.X11.XToolkit
