Getting Error Message "LPN Is Not Allowed In This Location" When Try To Putaway IB LPN Marked For VAS (Doc ID 2752315.1)

Symptoms

Unable to Putaway the IBLPNs with VAS into location after receipt

When IBLPNs with VAS are received individually, the system will not allow them to be nested into a location after receipt. The location prompt appears, but the user is given the error message "LPN is not allowed in this location". The user must then enter Ctrl + X to exit the prompt. This LPN is now in a Received status rather than a Located status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Consider an Item which is marked for VAS (Item has VAS Group Code assigned to it)
2) Perform receiving for the item using RF Receiving Screen. After entering Shipment Number, LPN etc., when pressed Tab the LPN will be Received and a message "LPN marked for VAS" will appear on the RF Screen.
3) Now press Ctrl+A and RF prompts for entering the location to putaway. Enter a Reserve Location or Active Location here and press tab.
4) Error message "LPN is not allowed in this location <lpn_nbr>" will be popped up on the RF Screen.
