Change address related to Account Site via Web Service (Doc ID 2752443.1)

Goal

 We have requirements for AR Customers to have their address related to a Customer Site changed.

I have been able to change an address directly on the AR Customer Site screen and save and this is show across the Party and Account Site record.
I have also been able to use the FoundationPartiesLocationService SOAP service to update an address.

However, what is the correct process to be able to update the LocationId to a different address against the Customer Account Site?

Given LocationID is a relation on the HZ_PARTY_SITES table, and the PARTY_SITE_ID is stored against the HZ_CUST_ACCT_SITES to link back to the LocationId record, which is the correct service ?
