Worksheet columns have an order defined in Configure worksheet DIsplay, The columns in the worksheet are not displayed in the same order.
Go to My Client Groups-> Compensation-> Click on the Workforce Compensation Plan->Go to Configure Worksheet Display-> click on the worksheet layout, enter the display sequence for each column. The columns are not displayed in the same sequence in the sequence for the manager when the manager logs into HCM -> My Team-> Workforce Compensation.
