On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

While trying to create IC transaction getting the following error

The primary customer site for the customer assigned to legal entity Test Corp. is inactive. (FUN-720085)
We are unable to process further. These are IC transactions for AR and AP.
