When Running A Custom Print, The Print Window Will Open, It Appears To Be Processing, Then It Just Stops And No Report Is Generated (Doc ID 2752898.1)

When running a Custom Print in Unifier, the print window opens, and Unifier begins processing the request, but within several seconds or less than a minute the attempt seems to fail as all processing seems to cease.

The Custom Print window should open and populate with the data from the BP record as per the Template setup.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier Environment.
  2. Navigate to the Project/Shell where the issue has been observed > BP upper node > BP Node > Open BP Record > Menu Options > Print - Custom... > Select Custom Print Template > Click Print.
  3. A print window opens > "Waiting for" is displayed briefly on the bottom left of the window > There is a processing circle spinning on the top of the window, left side > Within a few seconds all processing ceases, the "waiting..." message goes away, the processing circle stops processing.
