Error 403 When Invoking REST Endpoint From All Browsers Except Firefox (Doc ID 2752977.1)

Symptoms

A Visual Builder application has a page with a button. When clicking on the button a REST endpoint is invoked.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
------------------------
The application's described flow seems working without issues only on Firefox 84.0.2 browser.

When opening the VBCS application's page in Chrome 87.0.4280.141, Opera 73.0.3856.329 or Microsoft Edge 87.0.664.75, and clicking the button, the REST endpoint invocation fails with HTTP Error 403 and the following error response is rendered in HTML format

Internal Server Error

Sorry, but we are experiencing some issues. We're working hard to fix them.
Try that again.

and an error response can be seen from browser's console

Status Code: 403

The above behavior started occurring at the sudden around the second part of January 2021, as the application used to work before no matter the browser.

The above behavior can be reproduced either on Visual Builder 20.10.2 and 19.4.3.19.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
The behavior should be consistent across all the browsers and in this case the same seen in Firefox browser.
