Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Analytics and Reporting

When attempting to Print Permit button from permit Over view Screen: ,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The certificate couldn't be generated. Contact your help desk.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to PSCR,

2.Select permit,

3. From permit Over view Screen,click on Print Permit button
