Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Request More Information not sending email to supplier through BPM worklist.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Able to send Request More Information notification to supplier.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to BPM worklist
2. Select supplier registration request
3. Select Request to more Info > Add comments
4. Unable to get the info to supplier
