Symptoms

 Performance Admins have a custom HR role. Admin is trying to create document for an employee

    Performance Document Eligibility - Here employee name shows up in LOV but search results are blank
    Performance Document Search - Here employee name shows up in LOV but search results are blank
    Create Document - Here employee name shows up in LOV but search results are blank

Custom role has all performance related roles and privileges. This works fine with Seeded Human Resource Specialist Role
