How to enable Adaptive Intelligence apps in Fusion

User followed the steps mentioned in "How to enable dynamic discounting in an environment) to enable the offering for Dynamic Discounting"
However,  believe also need to implement the Adaptive Intelligence application as well along with enabling the offering.
