Address Section i.e Address Line1,2 etc are not visible after selecting the country. (Doc ID 2753468.1)

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Setup and Configuration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Address Lines are not visible to create the Address.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Address Lines should be visible to create the Address.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Manage Remit to Address Setup
2. Try to Create or edit the existing setup
3. Select the Country LV, User is not able to see the address line information on the Remit to address Setup

or

1. Go to Sales >> Accounts/Contacts >> select country LV in address section



BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to complete the Billing
