Performance Is Very Slow While Processing Large Order Release Transmissions With Line Based Order Configuration (Doc ID 2753535.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When user is trying to process many Order Release transmissions (> 1000) Inbound Integration is slow.
All these Order Releases are setup with Line Based Order Configuration.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to process an order with as many as 5000 order release lines in about 5minutes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to Business Process Automation > Integration > Upload an CSV Transmission containing more lines (Say 5000) .
2) System took around 30 minutes to process.
