On : Customer Payments (Receipts)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After 20D upgrade, the field Settlement Name is not filled automatically while creating netting settlements.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Settlement name to populate automatically.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Netting Settlement
2. Enter Legal Entity value
3. Choose Agreement Name: Specific Agreement
4. Notice the Settlement name not populated automatically.
