Error Defining Allocation Rules With Target Percentage Basis Method (Doc ID 2753713.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create new allocation rule, the following error occurs.

ERROR
--------
"Attribute AllocationMethod in AllocationsSetupAM.oracle_apps_projects_costing_setup_allocations_uiModel_applicationModule_AllocationsSetupAM.AllocationSearchDetails1 is required"


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a New Allocation Rule
2. Try to click add button to add projects
