DCS:: Authentication Failed For Signed Up And Approved User (Doc ID 2753744.1)

On : version, Digital Customer Service

When new user sign-up and has been approved, then attempts to sign into DCS application after password has been reset,
the following error occurs.

Authentication failed.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate DCS application
2. Map roles.
3. Stage app.
4. Go to staged app and sign up as a self-registered user.
5. Approve self-registered user from the step 4.
6. Reset the password for the self-registered user using the link sent as a result of the step 5.
6. Go to sign in page of the staged app.
7. Authentication failed.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, new users from the public cannot sign into the application
