P6 Professional Freezes When Accessing the Tracking View Multiple Times in a Single Session (Doc ID 2753751.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When accessing Tracking View multiple times in a session using P6 Pro Cloud Connect or Primavera Virtual Desktop (PVD), P6 will freeze.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to work in P6 without freezing.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log-in to P6 Professional via Secure Global Desktop.
  2. Go to 'Enterprise > Tracking'.
  3. Close the 'Tracking' view by pressing the red X in the upper right hand corner.
  4. Go to 'Enterprise > Tracking'.
