When Performing A Data Synch, No Information Is Loaded On the IPhone SE (Doc ID 2753767.1)

Symptoms

When a Unifier iOS Mobile App user attempts to access a Project/Shell (Workspace) in the mobile app with an "iPhone SE" ONLY, they do not see any Business Process records being displayed. A "Sync Failure" message was reported, but could not be reproduced. The exact error message was not captured.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment with an iPhone SE, with the latest iOS version, and latest Unifier iOS App version.
  2. Workspace <Shell Name> is displayed.
  3. User cannot get any BP's to load and/or be displayed.
  4. If using another type of mobile device other than iPhone SE, the data synch completes as expected and the BP records are loaded as expected.
