Symptoms
When attempting to update the receipt routing method at PO schedules level multiple lines,
the following error occurs.

'PO-2055249You can't change the attribute Category Name.'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Purchase orders using web services
2. Update receipt routing method at PO schedules level with multiple lines
3. Error occurs
