VBCS User Access Issue

On : 188.8.131.52.0 version, Digital Customer Service
A particular user is not able to access the visual builder studio application. User was created in the Fusion CX application and granted access in Oracle Identity Cloud to VBCS but when logging in to VBCS the page keeps loading indefinitely switching URLs and loading a blank page again and again
User should be able to login
302 redirect status call in the network.har file -
