Uploading records using C1-FTRAN fails.

Uploading a record using C1-FTRAN batch for a FRT which creates/updates person and account entity in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) ends in failure. The batch completes successfully but all the records end up in error. The batch logs on the batch run tree say "String out of bounds exception" while the file upload dashboard shows no error message or record payload. Comparison of the record with other good records which were uploaded successfully in the past show no noticeable differences.
Is it possible to provide a fix for this as this is a generic requirement where a client can have multiple cash accounts?
