Authentication Failed For Signed Up And Approved User in DCS Application (Doc ID 2754193.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Digital Customer Service

When new user sign-up and has been approved, then attempts to sign into Digital Customer Service application after password has been reset, the following error occurs:

Authentication failed.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate DCS application
2. Map roles.
3. Stage app.
4. Go to staged app and Sign Up as a Self-Registered user.
5. Approve self-registered user from the step 4.
6. Reset the <PASSWORD> for the self-registered user using the link sent as a result of the step 5.
6. Go to Sign In page of the staged app.
7. Authentication failed.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, new users from the public cannot sign into the application
