On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Custom Objects

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Workflow Not working for Custom Object

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Workflow should work for custom object and should show the status as pending approval.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a custom object
2. Object workflow will get triggered and status should show as Pending approval, but is it showing as rejected.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Proceed with other flow the application.
