Fusion UK Payroll - Full Payment Submission (FPS) - The employee won't be included in the FPS output file (Doc ID 2754248.1)

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Terminated employee is not present in Full Payroll Submission (FPS) Audit File.

Have added balance adjustment for an employee who got terminated on 18/11/2020.
Have done balance adjustment for him in the next payroll period, and ran payroll,prepayment etc where the employee got picked up but in FPS the employee is not there in the output file.

The following message is displayed in the FPS flow:

"The employee won't be included in the FPS output file"

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run employee in balance adjustment > calculate payroll > calculate prepayment > archive periodic payroll results> generate payslip > run FPS
