Duplicate ADD_TYPE Records Are Created for an Supplier Sites. (Doc ID 2754320.1)

RMS system creates duplicate records with the same address type and primary flag being set to Yes for all.

Steps To Recreate:

Select a supplier which is having following address: Business address type ( 01 defined as Mandatory Y).
Select a supplier site which is having the same addresses. When user click on 'Address' tab from options, its showing message as "Do you want the primary address for the supplier to default to the address for the supplier site?"
When clicked on Yes, duplicate entries are getting added for the supplier site and same is available in ADDR table.
