Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Buttons not Working in Test Email for Campaign (Doc ID 2754371.1)

Problem Description:

A new campaign was created using the campaign purpose of Respond to Request.

After also creating the email campaign and selecting to Send Test Email, none of the buttons are working in the test email, including the Campaign Respond button.
