Screening Services Not Working As Expected When Attempting to Request (Doc ID 2754406.1)

User is presented with spinning wheel when clicking on Request Screening Service.

Steps to replicate:
- Log into the customer zone
- Fluid Requisition > Locate Requisition
- Access Candidate list > Open candidate profile
- More Actions > Request Screening Services > Select [name of desired screening service]
- Click on Request Service and Notice that screen starts to load and never stops

Business Impact:
Screening services cannot be requested for the candidate that stops the process of hiring
