ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The employer contribution to Social Insurance - GOSI Hazards (2%) is not computed for employees who are not Saudi or GCC citizens, working in Saudi Arabia.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
GOSI Hazards to be computed as Employer Charge for non-GCC employees, working within Saudi Arabia.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hire employee whose citizenship is neither Saudi nor of any other GCC country
2. On Social Insurance card
Registered for Social Insurance is defaulted to: N
Annuities: N
Hazards: Y
3. Process payroll for employee
4. Notice that GOSI Hazards are not computed
