On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Global Human Resources
When attempting to perform Global Transfer for one employee
the following error occurs in TAC

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Global Transfer action on 01/01/2021
new LE : X
current LE: Y
2. Submits with no error and returns to home page
3. Transaction errors in TAC
