Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
PRM " Save" and "Save and Close" buttons are not clickable.
Customer is unable to click on "Save" or "Save and Close" on Partner objects in PRM, because it seems like the buttons have been disabled.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer should be able to Save the PRM record.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Navigator --> Partner Management > Partners
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue customer is not able to save the record.
