Unable to Add New Privileges to Custom Roles

Symptoms
When attempting to add Maintain_Data_loading_status_priv to custom roles
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"JPS-0902 The parameter Taskflow of type resourcetype does not exists
Cannot find unregistered resource finder for resource type "Taskflow"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Navigate to ORAAC application for RESA and select manage policy patching.
2.Check the two roles below and click sync.
• authenticated-role
• anonymous-role
3. Navigate to roles screen and click on a custom role " RESA_DATA_LOADING_STATUS_MGMT_DUTY".
4. Navigate to policy patching and under RESA_APPLICATION_ADMINISTRATOR_JOB check MAINTAIN_DATA_LOADING_STATUS_PRIV and click Copy to custom.
5. Verify the above error.
