ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A Long Text attribute with no value doesn't appear in the getOrganization response of the FoundationPartiesOrganizationService web service.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expecting the Long Text attribute to appear in the getOrganization response of the FoundationPartiesOrganizationService web service even if there is no value.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use crmService/FoundationPartiesOrganizationService
2. Send getOrganization request
3. A Long Text attribute with no value doesn't appear in the response
