Requisition - Editing Specific Section Places All Sections in Edit Mode (Doc ID 2754877.1)

Symptoms

In Fluid Recruiting, when a block/section of Requisition is edited,  the whole Requisition goes to Edit Mode.

STEPS
---------------------
1. Navigate to Fluid
2. Now Query any Requisition
3. Click Expand all
4. Edit the Identification section by clicking the pencil icon.
5. Observe that the complete requisition goes to Edit mode.
