On : 11.1.9.2.0 version, Period Close Setup & Processing

User Unable to close GL period since there is an Intercompany transaction stuck


Issue details:

We have an intercompany transaction which is stuck in requiring attention with status as Transferred to Receiver Organization & we need to delete/get rid of it from the system, we are unable to close the Nov-20 GL period because of this transaction stuck in Intercompany, the status of the intercompany period for Nov-20 is closed while the system shows that there is 1 open transaction for Nov-20 period. We need your urgent help on the below points.
