Getting "Error 404 - Not Found" When Accessing "Preferences" for Data Conversion Tool (Doc ID 2755041.1)

Symptoms

When user clicks on "Preferences" in Data Conversion (DC) tool, "Error 404 - Not Found" exception is encountered.

Steps To Recreate:

  1. Login to DC Tool.
  2. From the drop down list against Login user, select Preferences.
  3. Notice the error.
