Goal

Why is the Inventory History Record IHT 38 not written when using location cycle count?

The module used is Resv {lpn} Nbr Cnt.  Once the cycle count of the location is done, expecting that a Cycle Count record or IHT - 38 - Reserve Location Cycle Count Complete record should be written.
