Mobile App Issue When Logging In To Oracle PPM Cloud (Doc ID 2755094.1)

Cannot login when using the Oracle PPM Cloud Mobile App.

Steps to Replicate:
1. Download Oracle PPM Cloud app in Play store
2. Enter the url in the settings
3. Login as myself/test employee
4. Error message appears:
{"classname":"oracle adfmf.framework.api.model","method":"evaluate MethodExpression","params":["#bindings.loginSetupEndpoints.execute}",[]null,[]]}
5. Click OK
6. Another error appears: REST Service Error: Bad Request
