When Two Performance Ratings are Given on the Same Day, the Latest Rating will Replace the First in Me/Career and Performance/Talent Ratings/Performance Ratings Section. (Doc ID 2755305.1)

Symptoms

Performance Ratings are generated when a Performance Document is completed.  These ratings can be seen by the employee in:

• Go to Me
• Click on "Career and Performance"
• Click on "Talent Ratings"
• The Talent Ratings are shown in the "Performance Rating" Section

However, if new Performance Ratings are generated on the same day (by either the same source, or a different source), for example, if new Ratings are generated via a Talent Review Meeting, then the first Performance Rating score will be overwritten, and it will not be possible to see any history of it in "Show Previous Ratings".

If the same thing is done on different days, then it will be possible to see the history of the previous rating from "Show Previous Ratings".

This behaviour can be observed regardless of the source that creates the Performance Rating (eg. the first rating could come from the Talent Review Meeting and the second could come from the Performance Document and vice versa.)
