IDR is ignoring the Blank Page Separator inserted between multiple Invoice Images (Doc ID 2755354.1)

Symptoms

When sending multiple invoices in one PDF with a Blank Page separating them to signify separate invoices, IDR/Invoice Imaging is combining the invoices into one.

Steps
1. Email Invoice Image to IDR
2. View on Webcenter (Does not separate them on the Webcenter)
3. Import Invoices
4. See that only one invoice has been imported.
