Performance Issue with the MHE PICK CONFIRMATION Message (Doc ID 2755368.1)

Symptoms

In a 20D test environment:
There is a performance issue when using the action code CLOSE in the the MHE Pick Confirmation message.
Every time this action code is used, WMS takes at least one minute (60 seconds) to process it.

Example:
There is an OBLPN for which the close process started at 05-FEB-2021 18:37:25 and finished at 05-FEB-2021 18:38:29
This took 1 minute and 4 seconds to process.
