Symptoms

Export Snapshots failed with this Error :
EPMLCM-14000: Error reported from FDM Enterprise Edition.
/Application Data/Datasource Applications/<Application Name>/Application Definition :- Export for Target application failed.

aif-WebApp.log: show this Error :
Export for Target application failed.[[
oracle.jbo.RowAlreadyDeletedException: JBO-25019: Entity row with key oracle.jbo.Key[16 Date null -1 ] is not found in TargetAppPropertiesForLcmEO.
at oracle.jbo.server.OracleSQLBuilderImpl.doEntitySelectForAltKey(OracleSQLBuilderImpl.java:818)
